Chocolate Jolonch is the oldest chocolate factory in Agramunt and the only one of the two historic ones that still works today. Throughout its history, Chocolate Jolonch has been characterized mainly by the manufacture of stone chocolate, considered the native chocolate variety of Agramunt. The history of Chocolate Jolonch has always been linked to a totally handmade production of the highest quality. The oldest and most indigenous variety of Agramunt chocolate is known as stone chocolate. A type of chocolate that only contains cocoa, sugar, rice flour and essence of cinnamon or vanilla.
