This nougat is inspired by the original recipe pastry Prats Fatjó of Bacelona, where the master turronero, Àngel Velasco, he came to work at the age of 14 and, following the advice of this teacher, to make the cremy Almond nougat. Today, 55 years later as the owner of Torrons Vicens, has retourned to prepare this magnificient nougat in gratitude to all those you have taught him this wonderful craft.
