II "JOSEP BERTRAN" ARTISTIC CEREMONY

Next Saturday, May 20, 2017 Torrons Vicens and Xocolata Jolonch will participate as usual in the celebration of International Museum Day.

We propose you to participate in the II artistic contest "Josep Bertran" in the same format as last year in any of its two modalities:

IV edition of the drawing contest “Torrons Vicens” in which all school children can participate. There are four categories and three winning drawings for each of them: Initial cycle, Middle cycle, Upper and Secondary cycle.
Delivery time: The drawings can be delivered at the offices or at the Torrons Vicens store from Wednesday, April 19 and until Monday, May 15. (Ctra. Tàrrega, 1, 25310 Agramunt, tel. 973 39 06 07).

Presentation of the drawings: When submitting the drawings, they must be accompanied by a file with the following information: name and surname of the author of the drawing, course and educational center.

Prizes: Three prizes for each category and a detail to all participants.

Award ceremony: Saturday, May 20 at the Torrons Vicens. All drawings will be exhibited at the Torrons Vicens site until the last Sunday of May.

II Contest of chocolate poems "Xocolata Jolonch"
Purpose - The purpose of this contest is to promote literary creation in Catalan for publication in the form of a collection of stickers.

Modalities - There will be a single modality, which can be written in the form of: Short poem, quartet, couplet, Haiku ... In any case it should not exceed 140 characters.

Theme - The theme of the work will be about chocolate. Tangentially, reference can be made to Agramunt or the Jolonch and / or Viladàs brands.

Valuation - The originality and quality of the work will be valued.

Deadline and place of presentation - The deadline for submission of works to the prize will be open until Monday, May 16.

Awards and winners - The selected works will be illustrated and will be part of the collection of cards that will soon be published by Xocolata Jolonch. They will also receive a batch of products from Torrons Vicens and Xocolata Jolonch and an enlarged and framed reproduction of the chrome selected once the collection is edited.

The awards will be presented in an act at the Xocolateria Jolonch on May 20, 2017.

There is no specific number of winners, these will be based on the amount of work that can be published.

Rights over the awarded works - Xocolata Jolonch will have the exclusive right over the awarded works to be reproduced, in any format. The authors assign free of charge the exploitation rights of the winning design without consideration, except for the right to obtain the corresponding prize regulated in Base 6.

Publication of the awarded works - The awarded works will be published in the form of stickers for Xocolata Jolonch.

Verdict and Jury - The jury verdict will be final and will be made public.

Any questions about the interpretation of these rules or any incident that occurs during the call, as well as any aspect not regulated by the rules, must be resolved by the jury of the contest, whose decisions are final.
